Angel Medical Supply was founded in 2010 in Houston Texas and specializes in acute respiratory care and supplies needed to care for patients inside the home.  At AMS we started the company with a simply philosophy, if we put patient care above all else we will be sucessful!  We know and understand the stresses of the patient and the caregiver in a home setting can be overwhelming, and it is our job to make their lives as easy as possible.  We want to assist you in to get everything you need to take care of your loved one. Jesus Adame

Senior Sales Manager

Jesus Adame is a graduate of South Houston High School and continued his education at San Jacinto College. At the young age of 17, Mr. Adame was given the chance to maintain the family business in carpentry and kitchen design. He began running construction crews for Cervelle Homes in South Texas with the counsel of his God-father. This started his journey into business. At the age of 19, he started his very own first business under the guidance of Quintin Crème, it was in design and fashion photography. The following year, he began to manage multi-family and single home properties for Raymond Besser in Alvin, Pearland, Atascosita area as well as Mississippi. With a couple of bumps in the economy, they were forced to downsize and sell off what they had. This allowed him to be able to work with the Jean Locke team in his attempt to run for Mayor of Houston, Texas. Mr. Adame sponsored lobbyist and various college groups at the New Mexico University in the attempt to change the law for the “Dream Act”. Mr. Adame’s life and sole purpose is to always make a difference, work hard and never take life for granted. Showing off his illuminating smile he often states, “Life is what we make it, so make it great!”    

Erron Walker

District Sales Manager

Erron Walker is a District Sales Manager for Angel Medical Supply. In this role, Erron manages and leads his team providing all aspects of sales, including marketing, promoting and customer relations. Before joining Angel Medical Supply in 2010, Erron worked in a diverse range of industries, including real estate, hospitality and entertainment. Erron is no stranger to helping people, having spent most of his adult life as a mentor and an entrepreneur, which taught him the importance of helping others. He graduated from Girls and Boys Prep Academy in 1999 and attended Texas Southern University with a major in Business Management. In 2004, Erron started Elite school Caterers LLC, where he was the C.E.O and sold the company to another charter school catering company. While owning the catering company, he started Inner Loop Investment Group, a residential and commercial real estate investment company that does business in the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Arizona and Atlanta areas. After successful careers in real estate and restaurant ownership, Erron now advises other people on how to achieve the same success. Erron’s varied background in these areas provided the perfect foundation for him becoming a part of the Angel Medical Supply family.    

Belinda Sprague

Respiratory Therapist

B. J. Sprague is a Certified Respiratory Therapist. She attended Kingwood College for Respiratory Care and received an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy in 2000. Her goal was to work in Home care and wanted to make a difference in her client’s lives and she has exceeded her goal. Mrs. Sprague has been working in Home Care at various DME’s since graduating and found that Angel Medical Supply truly offered the most sincere and compassionate care for clients and the AMS staff. Mrs. Sprague is member of My MDA and has been to the Muscular Dystrophy Association camp before and will be attending this event this year as well. She has served on the advisory committee at Kingwood College representing the homecare side and a member of the Texas Society of Respiratory Care. She loves spending time with her husband, their dog Rusty, family and friends. Mrs. Sprague is committed to giving the best quality of care to our client’s and their families regardless of age, color, creed, or gender and believes in providing care the right way, the Angel way.    

Marie Teyuca

Customer Service Director 

Marie Teyuca graduated from Everest institute in 2005. After graduation, she went to work for Family Practice and began to learn about nebulizers and aero-chambers. She started her career in the durable medical equipment field in 2007 beginning in the consignment department. This department focus is on nebulizers and aero-chambers. She has years of experience working in medical warehouses pulling supplies and working with medical equipment. In 2010, she joined the Angel Medical Supply as Consignment Coordinator, Mrs. Teyuca is excited to be a part the Angel Medical Supply family. Together, we strive to enable Angel Medical Supply become the best durable medical equipment supplier in the industry by giving the best care and service in the industry.  

Amanda Johnson

Office Administrator

Amanda Johnson graduated Santa Fe High School in 1999 began work as a Pre-K teacher and HR assistant. She was presented an opportunity to learn the Billing and Intake process of Durable Medical Equipment with the company where her father worked. Mrs. Johnson was hired in 2001 and worked there for almost 5 years. “I was able to learn so much about the rules and regulations of Medicare and Medicaid billing for the equipment and supplies. I also was able to take the experience I learned from there and in 2006 began working for one of the largest clinics in the Houston area. I was the DME Coordinator for this company and was in charge of the daily operations of their DME Retail Center. I worked hand in hand with an orthopedic company and learned about orthopedic bracing.” Amanda Johnson Mrs. Johnson is now the Office Administrator for Angel Medical Supply. “I can’t say enough about my excitement to be working for the best DME company Houston has to offer. I have now been in this business for over 10 years and I can say without a doubt I am blessed to be part of this team! My spare time is filled by spending time with my husband and our family. I am active in my church and love being with our friends and having a good time.” Mrs. Johnson is a vital part of Team AMS and is available for any questions and concerns you may have.    

 BJ Prendergast

Vice President

High School Graduate of Alta in Sandy, UT 1992 Bachelor's of Psychology University of Houston 2001 B.J. Prendergast is the Vice President and Director of Internet Marketing at Angel Medical Supply. Mr. Prendergast career began as a student at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL where he received an Associates of Arts in 1997. Mr. Prendergast continued his education at the University of Houston while working in the restaurant industry for eight years. In 2001 he completed his Bachelor of Psychology. He started a construction company in 2002 with a few partners and began constructing single family and multi-family homes in the greater Houston area. In 2008, the company branched out to form PGF Roofing, LLC to fill the need after the devastation of hurricane Ike. Mr. Prendergast took the lead of PGF Roofing and helped make it a great success. In the Spring of 2010, Mr. Prendergast was offered the opportunity to start a medical supply company from the ground floor with Angel Medical Supply and has not waivered since. In a few short months, AMS has become one of the premier respiratory DME's in SE Texas because of the great staff at AMS. We have built a company based on care for our patients and in the process have grown exponentially because of the reputation of our respiratory therapist and staff. Angel Medical Supply has been one of the greatest blessings in his life and he is excited for the future of this company so we can truly making a difference in people's lives. Mr. Prendergast sends a special thanks to the owner of AMS who had the confidence in him to aid in the building of Angel Medical Supply. Through many hurtles of AMS becoming licensed with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances, Mr. Angel has provided solid support through the entire process. Mr. Prendergast is forever indebted to his parents, Bill & Kathy Prendergast and his wife Sarai for their continued support throughout the years. All he has achieved in his life is because of their love and support, he loves them both so very much. Most important, I give all glory and honor to my Lord Jesus Christ.

Quintin Creme

Senior Vice President

Quintin Crème has over 20 years experience as a sales management professional, offering reliable experience in sales products ranging from advertising, construction and real estate to medical supplies and equipment. Mr. Crème, who is inspired by competition, has proven success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. He has established a dependable track record of daily operations while overseeing various projects of construction as well as building strong relationships with international investors on commercial ventures ranging up to $1,250,000. He exhibits a thorough knowledge of medical contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, the negotiating and purchasing of medical supplies, permitting and inspections with the City of Houston, as well as working hand in hand with various federal and state accrediting agencies to maintain compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid standards. Mr. Creme is married to the love of his life and shares the joy of parenting two beautiful children.    

Ed Beckham


Mr. Beckham attended Emory at Oxford University in Oxford, Georgia and is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He began his business career with Procter & Gamble, and spent many years in management with Ryder Systems. He founded Texas Shamrock Corporation, and served as its President until the company sold in 1988. He has been Vice President-Operations of WBC Holdings, a startup joint venture with GE Capital, and Senior Vice President-Operations of T.D. Rowe, a multinational vending company. In 1996, he reestablished Texas Shamrock, and quickly built it into a leader in the affordable housing field. It was acquired by the Grey Horse Group, which expanded the operations into developments, multi-family and senior housing. In 2010 he co-founded Angel Medical Supply, L.C., a durable medical equipment company, and currently serves as its President, overseeing expansion in Texas and Georgia. Mr. Beckham moved to the Houston area in 1971, and lives in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife of 51 years.  

David Angel

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Angel is a lifelong resident of Harris County, Texas where he is currently continuing his prosperous career as a real estate developer. He began his work history at age 19 by owning and operating a family restaurant, Angel’s, where he oversaw all aspects of the operation. He continued to do this for three years until he sold the restaurant to begin other ventures. At age 22 he began Angel’s Self Service Incorporated, which proved to be a prominent convenience store chain in La Porte and surrounding areas for many years. Mr. Angel also owned and operated Angel’s Self Service and supervised all operations until the sale of the chain in 1992. Since the sale of his company, Mr. Angel has been active in both residential and commercial real estate. He has developed thousands of lots for home builders in Baytown, La Porte, Houston and other locations in the greater metropolitan area. In the mid-1990s he started Angel-McIver Interests, which specializes in land acquisitions, land sales, and joint venture developments, providing a range of full services. The firm has been successful in the development of commercial properties in and around Houston, including projects for such companies as Fry’s Electronics, Wal-Mart, and many others. One of the bigger and most recent acquisitions is the purchase of the 104 acres that was the site of AstroWorld. The property was recently sold. That was followed by the purchase of a 14 acre tract known as the Interchange Business Park, a group of eight industrial buildings with 297,000 square feet of flex office space. Mr. Angel also owns a start up medical equipment company, Angel Medical Supply, which provides respiratory care, service and equipment, primarily to less fortunate children. In addition to his extensive real estate holdings, Mr. Angel has successfully participated in several ventures by providing capital in exchange for ownership. He and his wife Judy have two lovely daughters and three wonderful grandchildren.
